3. Accepting These Terms

  • Making a purchase or booking a service

4. Quotes and Orders

  • All quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders are only confirmed once you receive written confirmation or an invoice.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw quotes due to availability or pricing errors.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of sale or quote.
  • Goods remain the property of Rapid IT Recycling Ltd until full payment is received.
  • Late payments may incur interest in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
  • We may withhold services or goods if payments are overdue.

6. Stock and Availability

  • Refurbished products are subject to availability and may vary slightly in appearance/specification.
  • All refurbished items are tested and sold with warranty terms where stated.
  • We aim to dispatch goods promptly but cannot be liable for delivery delays beyond our control.

7. E-Commerce via Shopify

  • Our online store is located at shop.rapidit.co.uk and powered by Shopify.
  • Transactions are secure and encrypted.
  • All Shopify orders are subject to these terms and Shopify’s checkout terms.
  • Customer details and payments are handled in compliance with GDPR and PCI-DSS.

8. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy, which includes:

  • Return windows
  • Faulty goods
  • Refund processing
  • Buyer responsibilities for shipping

9. Intellectual Property
